Hayley Howe

Corporate and estate litigator plus legal and consulting services in the web3, crypto, blockchain, and FinTech spaces.

I received my undergraduate degree in Mathematical Economics and French after studying ballet at a pre-professional level in Chicago. During law school I employed my passion for numbers in white collar crime prosecution for multiple prosecuting attorney offices. I also produced scholarly writing on blockchain technology and digital assets in the academic, think tank, legislative, and political landscapes at federal and state levels. I went on to co-author peer-reviewed articles on digital asset valuation and custody and began providing consulting services in this space and started my law firm. My practice has since evolved from a general practice to a litigation and web3 practice:
