Hayley Howe
Founder
I bring a unique combination of experience, education, and passion to every client I serve. I focus on delivering personalized, results-driven legal services in civil litigation and startup work.
Before launching my practice, I gained invaluable experience working in prosecutor's offices handling complex crimes and appeals, developing a meticulous approach to legal challenges. My passion for innovation led me to the cutting edge of web3 and blockchain technology, where I’ve spent over six years conducting academic research and advising on issues such as DAOs, DeFi, crypto litigation, and digital asset custody. This background allows me to bridge traditional legal principles with emerging technologies, making me a trusted partner for businesses navigating modern challenges.
I earned a B.S. in Mathematical Economics with a minor in French, which sharpened my analytical skills and global perspective. I am committed to excellence and have a deep understanding of the complex legal and economic issues my clients face.
Today, I help businesses, individuals, and entrepreneurs achieve their goals by offering tailored legal strategies that address their unique needs. From guiding startups through formation and compliance to representing companies in litigation and advising on estate planning, I’m dedicated to protecting my clients’ interests and building their success.
